We provide solar design, installation and maintenance services. Any quotes, proposals or timelines provided are estimates and subject to final survey and agreement.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices provided in proposals exclude VAT unless stated. Payments are due according to the schedule in the proposal. Late payments may incur interest.

3. Warranty & Liability

We warrant workmanship per the agreed warranty period. Manufacturer warranties apply for products. Our liability is limited to the value of the supplied goods and services, except where prohibited by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of VIP Electrical and Automation unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
